Anthony L Medina (He/Him)
Anthony Luis Medina is a multi-media journalist and photographer based in Queens, New York.
A recent graduate of the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY, Anthony has an interest in arts and culture reporting and has written for multiple publications including the NYCity News Service and The Wave Newspaper.
His community driven reporting inspired him to continue giving a voice to underserved communities and find new creative ways to reach larger audiences.
On top of his years of practice in the field of journalism, Anthony demonstrates a passion for photography and visual storytelling.
From his undergraduate carrer to freelancing and his post graduate life, Anthony continues to represent not only his Puerto Rican cultural roots, but his ability to adapt and overcome great challenges.
